Board & Train – Stay, play & learn.
This program is a great way to get results out of your dog and unleash the best friend you will ever have. We utilize fun, effective and motivational techniques to teach your dog obedience commands and to address behavioral issues. Board and train programs allow us to do all the groundwork (so you don’t have to!) and then we provide private sessions with you to teach you what the dog has learned and to transfer that learning to you.
Our experienced trainers will teach your dog basic manners and/or work on behavior problems while your dog enjoys staying with us and making new friends. Includes individual private sessions with you and your dog to teach you what your dog has learned. This is also a great program to take advantage of when you go on vacation or just need a break.
Our most popular programs:
- Four Week Novice Course – covers name response and attention, plus sit, come, down, and walking on leash (with management equipment such as gentle leader or no-pull harness). We will also work on common problems such as play-biting and jumping up. Includes four private sessions at our facility with your dog’s personal trainer.
- Six Week Intermediate Course – builds on the four week program to solidify behaviors plus the addition of place, and stay. Includes six private sessions at our facility with your dog’s personal trainer.
- Twelve Week Advanced Course – covers all behaviors in the intermediate program plus off-leash comes, out-of-sight stays, distance commands, stand, heel and 12 private sessions at our facility with your dog’s personal trainer.
While these courses indicate the commands most commonly desired by our clients, we can tailor your program to fit you and your dog’s individual needs.
