Canine Boarding

PLEASE NOTE: We must receive confirmation of current vaccines at the time your reservation is made. You may fax us a copy of your records, or we will be happy to call your veterinarian on your behalf. Effective 1/1/11, we will administer your dog’s bordetella vaccine only if it is currently due or no more than one month since its six-month expiration date.
We require Rabies, Canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Bordetella. The DH-P and Bordetalla must have been given at least 7 days prior to check-in.
WHAT TO BRING FOR CHECK-IN
- A current copy of your pet’s vaccinations (if not already provided)
- Emergency contact phone information
- Any medicine or supplements with dosing instructions
- Any special food labeled and pre-packed in individual serving, water-proof portions.
